TRAILER PARK PODCAST #64

Join Nathan, Daniel, Ivan and The Intern for Trailer Park Podcast Episode 64! A refreshing return to normal after The Intern hosted TPP to a forced water landing in episode 63. Speaking of forced water landings, our headliner for TPP 64 is Sully and we discuss whether Eastwood should retire if he can’t make a good movie with Tom Hanks. We discuss all things LGBTQIA+ after checking out Closet Monster. The fulcrum has an added bonus as we surprise Daniel with two trailers and two titles for the same movie! The Woods is Blair Witch or Blair Witch is in The Woods? We check out a movie called Kicks and Daniel doesn’t agree with people killing each other over a pair of shoes regardless of how dope or on fleek they are.  Snowden arrives at TPP and we simply can’t ignore the traitor subject matter and the obvious comparison to a certain apprentice on our podcast. Stick around for the Burden List and the Intern Archive Update.

Trailer Park Podcast #63

Join Andrew, Daniel, Ivan and Krill the Intern for Trailer Park Podcast 63! Our headliner is Suicide Squad and much like the puppet master of the Squad, we too have plausible built in deniability. Mel Gibson is back in Blood Father and we are starting a petition to reinstate his movie star status because people make mistakes and only Mel knows Mel. Morgan is the fulcrum of TPP 63 and it looks like there is a chance that Paul Giamatti could die violently in this movie and if that's not worth getting excited about then you are a HUGE Splice fan and need to let that shit go. The remake of Ben-Hur has arrived much to chagrin of those who are fond of the original. The concerning news is that no one thinks this was necessary or is expecting it to succeed so it is actually a paradox that could destroy the entire universe, an underdog movie about an underdog story about an underdog.  Finally, we take a drive through the triangle of death and run some guns with Jonah Hill and Miles Teller in War Dogs. Stick around for the Burden List, the Intern Archive Update, and a special apology from Krill the Intern.

Trailer Park Podcast #62

We are Trailer Park Podcast and this is episode 62! Join Nathan, Daniel, The Intern and special guest Ivan as we check out who would win in a fight between Jason Bourne and James Bond.. or John Wick... or Liam Neeson. The new Pete's Dragon trailer gets Nathan a little choked up but don't worry, the other participants on this podcast won't make fun of him for it anything like that.  If you have listened to this podcast before then you know that there is no way a gentleman would attack another gentleman for being sensitive because having sensitivity is gentlemanly. The fulcrum mandatory horror entry for episode 62 is Don't Breathe so in tribute we all held our breath for the duration of the trailer.  Sausage Party has a great premise and will hopefully execute with tons of awesome people involved so why does it feel like someone is being a fuddy duddy? Finally, we take a look at Daniel Radcliffe as an undercover FBI agent infiltrating some Neo Nazi's in Imperium, You have to give Harry some credit, he is really trying to branch out by playing a corpse and now Potter is going all Swastika, it looks like it gets pretty intense for him in the trailer so we recommend that he bring his invisibility cloak and do a few practice petronums before heading out.  Stick around for the The Burden List and the Intern Archive Update.

Trailer Park Podcast #61

Beam aboard for Trailer Park Podcast #61 starring Nathan, Daniel, Chelsea and don't forget (even though you try to) The Intern! We go beyond the new Star Trek movie with a little choose your own adventure on an alien planet.  We don't normally think twice but we might after watching the trailer for Don't Think Twice.  The fulcrum horror installment is Viral and we don't mean internet viral but actually like disease viral.  Bad Moms arrives and looks like it could be fun as long as they don't spend too much setting up their turn to the dark side.  Finally, we also check out the new PG version of 13 Sins errr I mean Nerve starring Emma Roberts and Daniel's boyfriend, Dave Franco.  Will young Franco be enough to sway Daniel into saying excited? Will Daniel drop another deuce on this lineup like he did on episode 60?  Will Chelsea be able to keep us in line after we find out what the number 61 really means? Will the Intern do something competent? anything at all? Tune in to find out and don't forget to stick around for The Burden List and the Intern Archive Update! Rihanna might not be the only one singing about bashing herself like a sledgehammer after this one...

Trailer Park Podcast #60

Join us for Trailer Park Podcast #60! Daniel, Nathan and The Intern check out the new Ghostbusters reboot and dive into the discussion surrounding the damage being done to our childhood nostalgia and come to the realization that it has nothing to do with gender bending.  The Infiltrator starring Bryan Cranston looks like Narcos: The Movie.  Lights Out is the fulcrum for TPP 60 and it actually looks kind of creepy... but does it look creepy enough to squeeze an excited out of Daniel? Captain Fantastic looks fantastic... and it also looks like The Mosquito Coast in reverse, could this be Viggo's year for Oscar consideration? The Secret Life of Pets rounds out the lineup and looks like it could be a lot of fun so The Intern will like it, Nathan will be overly critical of it and Daniel will never watch it.  Stick around for The Burden List and the Intern Archive Update!

Trailer Park Podcast #59

Join us for Trailer Park Podcast #59! The Legend of Tarzan swings in as our headliner and Nathan, Daniel and The Intern take a deeper look at the very extensive (and very white) history of Tarzan.  Wiener-Dog is the new film from director Todd Solondz and he has a lot of currency with us here at TPP because his previous film "Happiness" is a masterpiece.  The Shallows used to be called In The Deep and they tell you that... on the poster.  The BFG is an acronym for Big Friendly Giant and in hindsight it's fairly easy to figure it out; did we have to explore all of the other possibilities of what it could be an acronym for? No... but we did.  Free State of Jones charges in like a militia recruitment video as our last trailer in this lineup and we discuss how it is being criticized for every man, woman and child in the trailer holding a gun.  Stick around for The Burden List and the Intern Archive Update.

Trailer Park Podcast #58

All hands are on deck as we talk sequels on Trailer Park Podcast episode 58.  Nathan, Daniel, Amanda, Chelsea and yes, even The Intern congregate to discuss whether Dory will find... well... herself? Will Dwayne Johnson be able to provide Kevin Hart with that elusive smash hit he has been so desperately trying to obtain? Will The Neon Demon be Winding Refn's horror masterpiece or just another pretentious failure? Why was Now You See Me 2 not called "Now You Don't" and who should be fired after not even including it after a colon in the title? Finally after 20 years Independence Day gets a sequel and there has never been a sequel to a Roland Emmerich movie before.. will there ever be another one?  All this and don't forget the Burden List and the Intern Archive Update!
